Refund policy

We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and will accept returns and exchanges on items that are in resalable condition (ie not worn, washed)- or items that were defective upon receipt.

Please notify us within 3 days of the receipt of your order if you feel your item(s) are defective or otherwise unsatisfactory so a resolution can be arrived at.

If you have received the wrong item or otherwise do not desire to keep the item(s) ordered, please contact us at orders@mzbehindtheseams.com so we can discuss an exchange or refund.
